The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting applications for its 2026 YES Opportunity: Contact Centre Agent position in Cape Town. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at giving unemployed youth valuable workplace experience.
Role Overview
Position: Contact Centre Agent (YES Programme)
Location: Parow/Cape Town, Western Cape
Duration: 12 months
Closing Date: Ongoing – apply as soon as possible
Stipend: Competitive monthly stipend for the contract duration
Qualifications & Requirements
To be eligible for the YES (Youth Employment Service) programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Age: 18–29 years old
Education: Valid Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Employment Status: Currently unemployed
Experience: No permanent employment with a single employer for more than one year
Prior Participation: Must not have participated in a YES programme before
Studies: Not enrolled in full-time studies during 2026
Key Responsibilities
Represent TFG’s 30+ lifestyle brands as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer experiences
Identify customer needs and resolve queries or complaints efficiently
Track and achieve sales performance and service level targets
Use retail systems to capture customer data and process requests
