Role Overview
Position: Administrator
Location: Lenasia, Gauteng
Job Type: Entry Level
Purpose: To ensure the efficient completion of all administrative duties for the assigned area.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administration
Skills & Competencies:
Computer literate (MS Office)
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience with the Listener system is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Schedule technician jobs (servicing and installations) and optimize travel routes
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, manage invoices, and review quotes on the Listener system
Order, issue, and control stock; assist with warehouse tasks and stocktakes
Maintain manager’s diary and filing system, screen calls, coordinate travel/accommodation, and take meeting minutes
Contact clients to confirm appointments and promptly resolve scheduling queries
