Role Overview

  • Position: Administrator

  • Location: Lenasia, Gauteng

  • Job Type: Entry Level

  • Purpose: To ensure the efficient completion of all administrative duties for the assigned area.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administration

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Computer literate (MS Office)

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Experience with the Listener system is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule technician jobs (servicing and installations) and optimize travel routes

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, manage invoices, and review quotes on the Listener system

  • Order, issue, and control stock; assist with warehouse tasks and stocktakes

  • Maintain manager’s diary and filing system, screen calls, coordinate travel/accommodation, and take meeting minutes

  • Contact clients to confirm appointments and promptly resolve scheduling queries
