Program Overview

• Operational Training: Learn and execute business processes, maintenance protocols, and structural modules assigned to the TMM Electrical framework.

Eligibility Requirements

• Academic Credentials:

  • Grade 12 with a minimum score of 40% in Pure Mathematics, Physical Science, Technical Drawing, and relevant Trade Theory.

  • Alternatively: An N2 Engineering certificate with a pass in four relevant technical subjects.

• Medical Fitness: Applicants must be physically capable of obtaining a valid Medical Fitness certificate for a mining environment.

• Competencies: Looking for proactive team players who exhibit strong communication skills, an adaptable mindset, English literacy, and a high commitment to workplace safety.
