Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field
1–2 years’ administrative experience within an HR/Human Capital environment
Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA)
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and onboarding documentation
Maintain and update accurate employee records across HR systems
Support employee benefits administration in line with policies
Manage off-boarding processes (resignations, retirements, dismissals)
Update recruitment activity and assist with headcount reporting
Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the PeopleTrax system
