Momentum Metropolitan is inviting applications for two  Human Capital Assistant positions based in Sandton  remote work.


Position Overview

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field

  • 1–2 years’ administrative experience within an HR/Human Capital environment

  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and onboarding documentation

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records across HR systems

  • Support employee benefits administration in line with policies

  • Manage off-boarding processes (resignations, retirements, dismissals)

  • Update recruitment activity and assist with headcount reporting

  • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the PeopleTrax system
