Program Purpose

This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, exposing graduates to various aspects of the business with a focus on Business Applications and Business Automation environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age: Between 18 and 34 years old.

• Education: * BTech, BSc, or Degree in Computer Science or IT Field.

  • NSFAS Funding: Applicants must have had their studies funded by NSFAS (Proof of funding is required).

• Certifications: IT Technician certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an advantage.

• Knowledge: Industry knowledge and Oracle experience are considered added advantages.

Core Competencies

• Experience in IT Technical Support.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Self-driven and proactive attitude.
