Program Overview
The DynamX Logistics Traineeship is a highly competitive, 24-month fast-track graduate initiative designed to build functional, technical, and leadership capabilities within the Logistics division (encompassing Warehouse, Inventory, and Distribution).
The program utilizes the 70-20-10 development model (70% experiential learning through real-world projects, 20% professional mentorship, and 10% formal coursework) to transition ambitious graduates into future corporate leaders.
Structure & Progression
Rotational Tracks: Features 6-month rotational cycles that offer immersive, cross-functional exposure to various operational teams inside the logistics framework.
Contract Model: Comprised of incremental fixed-term contracts totaling 24 months. Progression into each subsequent phase is dependent on robust performance evaluations.
Career Integration: Upon successful transformation and completion of the full 24-month term, participants become eligible to apply for permanent specialist or leadership roles within the broader business.

Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications: A completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification from a recognized institution in a relevant field, such as:

Experience Parameters: Maximum of 2 years of total full-time, formal work experience by the program's start date (this limit does not apply to short-term internships, vacation work, or short-duration temporary contracts).
Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly advanced Excel) and an innate ability to master new digital systems quickly.
Mobility & Legalities: Valid legal authorization/citizenship for South Africa and complete geographic mobility to relocate within the country as required by corporate demands.
