Role Purpose
The Junior Learnership programme is designed to provide structured learning and workplace experience to support both individual growth and organisational development. Successful candidates will participate in predefined training objectives while gaining practical exposure within the business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience: Attend and actively participate in all assigned workplace activities aligned with development objectives.
Learning & Development: Take part in all training sessions and development programmes as required.
Team Support: Provide assistance to customers and team members to ensure consistent service delivery and performance.
Administration: Complete administrative tasks, including tracking progress and submitting required reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: NQF Level 4 (Matric) qualification.
Certificate: GET Certificate in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
Record: Must have a clear credit and criminal record.
