Role Purpose
The Flight Attendant will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering an exceptional onboard experience. The role requires strict adherence to aviation safety standards while maintaining professional service excellence at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all aviation safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Passenger Experience: Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive and comfortable journey for passengers.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate onboard documentation and adhere to operational procedures.
Shift Work: Be available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late-night flights.
Requirements & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Licensing & Certifications:
Valid SACAA Cabin Crew License
Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate
Dangerous Goods Certificate
Ditching Certificate
Fire Fighting Certificate
Valid South African driver’s license
Language: English proficiency at Level 4.
Medical & Physical: Must be medically fit and able to swim.
Grooming: Well-groomed with an immaculate appearance and no visible tattoos.

Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity and maintains high professional standards.
Composure: Ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure.
Time Management: Excellent punctuality and timekeeping skills.
