Role Purpose
The Client Advisor will educate clients on self-service digital banking solutions while addressing their sales and service needs. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, achieving business targets, and contributing to market share growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Understand client needs, provide suitable financial solutions, build strong relationships, and promote digital self-service platforms.

Sales & Cross-Selling: Drive product sales, identify cross-selling opportunities, and generate referrals or leads.

Service Delivery: Manage client requests from start to finish, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Compliance & Risk: Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements (FICA, FAIS), identify potential risks, and report suspicious transactions where necessary.

Business Growth: Support Nedbank’s service excellence strategy by increasing digital adoption and conducting needs-based financial discussions.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum NQF Level 6 Diploma (FAIS-approved qualification preferred).

Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in Retail/Banking Client Service, Sales, or Relationship Management.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of product sales and sales strategies

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and CRM systems

  • Familiarity with Nedbank policies and procedures
